HP CET 2016 - Application Form, Eligibility, Important Dates, Contact Information
Himachal Pradesh Combined Entrance Test (HPCET 2016) is a state level undergraduate exam for admission in Engineering Courses in Himacahl Pradesh. The CET is conducted by Himachal Pradesh Technical University. If candidate wants to apply for B.Tech admissions in Himachal Pradesh, HPCET 2016 or JEE Main 2016 are two ways to go.

The candidates willing to appear for the exam should check if they are eligible for HP CET 2016 and visit for application form: http://www.himtu.ac.in/admission/
(If you visit the site now, it contains the admit card download link for HPCET 2015, this will be replaced with the application form for HPCET 2016 in February.)
The Application fees for HP CET 2016 will be,

HP CET 2016 Application Fee can be paid by debit card / credit card or with e-challan.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who have passed class XII (12th) are eligible for HPCET 2016.
- Candidates must have scored minimum 45% marks in XIIth in Mathematics, Physics, Biology / Chemistry / Biotechnology.
- Maths and Physics are mandatory subjects.
- Reserved Category candidates can appear with minimum 40% marks in XIIth.
Application Form
Online Application Form filling for HP CET 2016 will start from End-February to Mid-May 2016.(Dates are tentative, will be updated as soon as an announcement is made by the authorities)
