There will be only CBT in SRMJEEE 2016.

1. Onine (Comnputer Based test)

• Paper of SRMJEEE 2016 will be of 2.5 hours (2 hours 30 mins)
• Paper will have Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
• It will have total four sections/parts and 140 questions. (35 marks per section)

Candidate's Nationality

• Candidate must be an Indian national resident, which has studied in schools in India for at least two years before the admission.
• The qualifying exams should be completed from any Indian Educational Institute.

Qualifying Marks

• For B.Tech programmes: Physics, Chemistry and Maths with minimum 65% marks are required in 10+2 or its equivalent.
• For BioTechnology. Biomedical Engineering or Bioinformatics and Genetic Engineering: Physics, Chemistry, [Maths/Biology] with minimum of 65% marks are required in 10+2 or equivalent.

Admission Eligibility

• Those who attempt Physics, Chemistry and Maths in SRMJEEE 2016 are eligible for admission in B.Tech degree courses.
• Those who attempt Physics, Chemistry and Biology in SRMJEEE are eligible for admissions in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics, Genetic Engineering, and various Health Science programs.

Eligibility Criteria for SRMJEEE

• Student must have passed 10+2 with 65% or more aggeregate or equivalent grade in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Maths).
• Student must have passed in English.
• Those who wants to get admission for B.Tech BioTech. / Biomedical Engg. / Genetic Engg. / Bioinformatics should have min 65% in Biology or Maths, Physics and Chemistry.

SRMJEEE 2016 Question Paper will contain objective questions and the paper will be divided in four sections/parts.

Part 1	35 Questions	Mathematics	105 marks
Part 2	35 Questions	Physics	105 Marks
Part 3	35 Questions	Chemistry	105 Marks
Part 4	35 Questions	Biology	105 Marks
Total			420 Marks

• Each wrong answer in PCM will result in deduction of 1 mark from total.
• Each wrong answer in Biology will result in deduction of 0.7 mark.

The SRMJEEE 2016 exam will be Computer Based mode.

 SRMJEEE 2016 Application Process

Student can apply online or offline. Just make sure that the properly filled application form with the appropriate fees reach the admission office in time (before last date).

SRMJEEE 2016 Application Fees is Rs. 900/- (Nine Hundred Rupees) and it can be paid Online / DD / Cash.
