SRMJEEE 2016 Eligibility Criteria Details

Candidate's Nationality

  • Candidate must be an Indian national resident, which has studied in schools in India for at least two years before the admission.
  • The qualifying exams should be completed from any Indian Educational Institute.

Qualifying Marks

  • For B.Tech programmes: Physics, Chemistry and Maths with minimum 65% marks are required in 10+2 or its equivalent.
  • For BioTechnology. Biomedical Engineering or Bioinformatics and Genetic Engineering: Physics, Chemistry, [Maths/Biology] with minimum of 65% marks are required in 10+2 or equivalent.

Admission Eligibility

  • Those who attempt Physics, Chemistry and Maths in SRMJEEE 2016 are eligible for admission in B.Tech degree courses.
  • Those who attempt Physics, Chemistry and Biology in SRMJEEE are eligible for admissions in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics, Genetic Engineering, and various Health Science programs.

  1. Can my 10+2 marks cancel my admission? As in if i havnt got 65 or 65+ but a gud rank in srmjeee, can it still cancel my admission?
