AMU MBBS / BDS 2016 - Paper Pattern

This post talks about the Exam Pattern of AMU Medical 2016 Exam and it's importance. Students who wish to appear in AMU MBBS / BDS Exam must go through this important points on AMU MBBS Paper Pattern. AMU MBBS 2016 is conducted for admissions in 145 seats in MBBS program.

The exam will be taken in 2 stages/tiers, first being on 10 April while 2nd tier exam will be held on 29 May, 2016.

At this time, there is no official announcement over paper pattern of the exam, however it is most likely to be the same as the previous years.

As the exam is going to be held in 2 tiers, it is safe to assume that the first one will have basic questions from Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Class XI & XII).

Here's the exam pattern description based on last year's exam.

The AMU MBBS / BDS Paper pattern is given below:

• The AMU Medical 2016 Exam will have one question booklet.
• The paper will contain questions from four subjects.
• The subjects will be namely Physics, chemistry, Botany and Zoology.
• Each subject will have 50 questions.
• All questions will be objective type MCQ questions.
• The paper shall be consisting of total 200 questions.
• The total exam duration will be of 3 hours without break.
• The exam will be Only pen-paper based.
• There will be No negative marking scheme
• One marks will be awarded for every correct response and no marks will be deducted for incorrect ones.
• Students should score minimum 50% marks in AMU Medical Exam 2016 to become eligible / qualify in selection process.
