NATA 2016 stands for National Aptitude Test in Architecture. It is an entrance examination for admission into the 5 years B.Arch (Bachelor in Architecture) Courses. NATA 2016 is conducted by the Council of Architecture.
NATA 2016 is mandatory for admission in 1 to 5 years into the B.Arch degree course in all government, private and deemed colleges.

NATA 2017
One who wishes to appear for the exam can download the registration form for NATA 2016 after payment of fees in either of these methods available:
The Application fees of NATA 2016 is Rs. 1250 + Processing Charges.
After filling the registration form, person is required to send it to the test centre of their choice with documents specified in it.
After submission of the registration form, a receipt will be generated which will also act as an appointment voucher.

NATA 2016 Eligibility Criteria
- A Candidate who wishes to appear for NATA 2016 must have passed SSC or its equivalent exam to be eligible for NATA 2016 but that doesn't make them eligible for admission in B.Arch courses.
- A Candidate must have passed SSC and HSC, or equivalent exam with minimum of 50% marks.
- Mathematics must be the main subject in SSC and HSC.
- Candidates who have passed 10+3 diploma (any stream) from Central/State Government with an aggregate of 50% can also apply for NATA 2016.

Yes you are. Any candidate who has passed SSC / HSC or a 3 year diploma is eligible for NATA.
