Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre Medical Test (UP-CPMT) 2015 is a state level Medical Entrance Exam for Uttar Pradesh, conducted by King George's Medical University, Lucknow for admission to undergraduate courses Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) and Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS) in Medical Colleges in Uttar Pradesh.

Eligibility

Highlights

Students with 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) in class XII or Indian certificate examination after a period of 12 years of study are eligible for UP CPMT 2015.
Appearing Candidate must be at least 17 years old and not more than 25 years old as on the 31st of December of the applied year.
Candidate cannot give exam more than 3 times

Syllabus

Highlights

Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre Medical Test (UP-CPMT 2015) exam will be based on the basics to high level topics taught in class XI as well as Class XII, It is advised to the aspirants that they should give attention towards Class XI as it is often taken for granted and thus leads to problems in exams,

The paper will consist of a Objective type Multiple Choice questions from the Class XI and Class XII. Moreover 60% of the questions will be from Class XII and rest from the Class XI.

The Objective type MCQ exam will be on following subjects:

Physics
Chemistry
Botany
Zoology

Each subject will have 50 MCQ type questions whose responses are to be marked by the students in the OMR Sheet.

Exam Pattern

Highlights

The duration of UPCPMT 2015 exam is 3 hours and there are total of 200 questions.
The paper consists of 4 sections namely Botany, Zoology, Physics and Chemistry.
Each section will have 50 questions.
This examination is available in both Hindi and English. And the choice of selecting it is available in the Application form.
Student give examination in these two languages, which so ever you are comfortable with.
